Ed oversees the implementation of all the Sulwath Connections projects taking a special interest in overseeing the implementation of Angling for All, Annandale Way, Castle and Hightae Lochs, Galloway Red Kite Trail, Robert the Bruce Trail, and Wigtown Bay to Loch Ken Interpretation projects.

NSA Ranger

Ian works as a Ranger covering the three National Scenic Areas in Dumfries and Galloway leading guided walks, educational activities and managing volunteers in a wide range of conservation tasks.

Ruth Paterson

Community Bio-Deversity Project Officer


Ruth spends much of her time working with local communities to enhance both the habitats of local greens spaces and their understanding by the local community. This involves a range of habitat creation, access and education work.
